A nice simple little cocktail using fresh lemon juice.
Ingredients
50ml Hendrick’s Gin
25ml Fresh lemon juice
Ginger ale
Cucumber slices
Method
Pour gin into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Add lemon juice, top up with ginger ale and garnish with cucumber slices to bring out the flavour of the Hendrick’s.
