Lemon Curd Ice Cream


lemon curd ice cream This is a really fast and easy ice cream to make and is very light and refreshing. Keep a tub in the freezer for an instant dessert. Garnish with seasonal berries.


500gr Greek Yoghurt (full or low fat)
250gr Creme Fraiche (full or low fat)
1 Jar (212g) All About Lemons lemon curd

Mix all of the above in a large bowl
Give it a good stir
Put into the freezer
Defrost in microwave for 1 minute and serve.
Put remainder back into the freezer for next time.
